Ivan Fernandes is the Chairman and Managing Director of Regent Technologies Ltd., a company specializing in consulting, incubation and investments. Ivan is a successful serial entrepreneur who has built several start-ups into well-known brands including Ducont - a leader in providing corporate mobility solutions and Synectics - that was the leader in front-end banking solutions in the nineties. Regent has also funded some successful start-ups including Track IT Solutions and Tricolor Investments. Under his leadership Ducont has won several global awards for its solutions from Microsoft, Dubai Government and GSM Congress in Cannes, France.
He was instrumental in the creation of Kanara Entrepreneurs in Dubai in the year 2004 to unite successful entrepreneurs hailing from the Kanara region and initiate various programs to promote entrepreneurship in this region. Today, he continues to lead this organization as its Chairman with chapters in Dubai and Bangalore.
In 2011, KE Global launched an entrepreneur cell at AIMIT in Mangalore mainly to support young college students who aspire to be entrepreneurs of tomorrow. With the intention of promoting economic development in the Kanara region, Ivan with the support of his colleagues in KE Global, launched the creation of Mangalore Internet City. Ivan is privileged to be recognized and honored by several reputed organizations.
Some of his recognitions include ‘Young Entrepreneur’ Award from the Federation of Konkani Catholic Associations, Bangalore in the year 2006. ‘Distinguished Alumni’ Award from his Alma Mater, St. Aloysius College, Mangalore in the year 2008. ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ - Pearl Award from TECOM Investments, Dubai Government in the year 2009 and ‘NRI Entrepreneur of the Year’ Award from Rachana, Catholic Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Mangalore in the year 2010.
Shobha Mendonca is the Managing Director of Middle East Factory LLC, Dubai. The 180 employee strong company specializes in design and fabrication of structural and non-structural works.
In addition to Middle East Factory LLC, Shobha set up, in 2003, Multiplan Interiors LLC, which undertakes turnkey projects in interior works.
Shobha is currently the President of the Dubai Chapter of Kanara Entrepreneurs Limited (KEL) and is on the Board of KEL Global, a non-profit and mutual-benefit corporation that fosters entrepreneurial spirit amongst members, currently functioning with 1500 members and affiliates.
Claudius Pereira is the Founder & Managing Director of System Tech Pvt. Ltd. In addition to chairing the Board of Directors, Claudius works closely with the leadership team on long term business strategy and new business initiatives.
Claudius is the Founder & Director of Maclanro Consulting ,Co-founder of DreamQuest Infotech Pvt. Ltd. & holds several other BOA assignments.
In September 2004 he was instrumental in setting up the DreamQuest Consulting, UK and served as the Director Marketing and a mentor to the BOD. In his 29 year career he has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, results-oriented consensus building and exceptional ability to forge and maintain major relationships.
Earlier to this Claudius joined Teknotronix in 1983 and became the CEO in 1987. He attended First Grade College and has commerce degree, later secured a degree in Master of Business Administration.
He has served as Director-Chapter development- KE Global, Director- Mentoring of Kanara Entrepreneurs, Past President & founder member - Garden City Toastmasters Club, Founder Director of Bangalore Toastmasters Club .His motivations “Skills to Succeed” – he actively participated in defining the leadership journey and has been the agent of change.

Peter Anil Rego is the Managing Director of “Brilliant Printers Pvt. Ltd”. Started in the year 1970, the print facility has a capacity to print more than 10 million books a year. He has been involved in this business for 22 years and with a staff strength of over 300, the print products are exported to over 70 countries.
He has been instrumental in taking this company to the next level through technology up-gradation and is comparable to the best in the industry. Under his leadership, Brilliant Printers was awarded, “Star Printer of SAARC Nations” for the year 2009-10 by South Asian Print Congress.
He has been a member on the board of Kanara Entrepreneurs. He is the board member of Karnataka Offset Printers Association and GC member of All India Federation of Master Printers. He is also involved in “ABA Warehousing LLP” which provides warehousing facilities for many international companies.
