The company now proposes to proceed with its 1st phase, which is focused on residential development. Accordingly it has developed its master plan for the villa project which is already approved by Mangalore Urban Development Authority (MUDA), and cleared by FIRE, Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB), and Ministry of Environment and forest (MOEF). The company has signed up with reputed international consultants – C B Richard Ellis (CBRE) for Project Management and Jurong International Group (part of the government of Singapore) for master plan and architecture.
The 1st Phase development is spread across an area of 35.6 acres and will have 266 units – consisting of 148 independent villas and 118 Row houses, which will be a part of a gated community with a state-of-the -art club house boasting of world class facilities catering to all age groups.
